To help us keep a well-rounded variety of vendors, desirable products, and to ensure we limit like vendors, include photos of your products in your application so we can process your application. If you do not include photos of your products, then you will not be considered for the event. If you are unable to add photos due to technical difficulties, please email them separately to rustyrootsinfo@gmail.com, as well as an application.
We seek a high level of importance on the design and creative production of vendors' booths. We are looking for over-the-top vendors with highly creative booth designs. Pictures must represent your style, the product you will be selling and an example of your booth.
We are not accepting Direct Sales vendors aka MLM or commercial vendors, such as solar, cell phone companies.
Commercial Vendors can apply to be a sponsor of the event. We offer several Sponsorship opportunities. Email us at rustyrootsinfo@gmail.com for more sponsorship information.
NOTE: Clothing, fashion, jewelry, tumblers, wreaths and plants are very popular products that we limit. If you apply and sell a popular item, you will be placed on a waiting list if there is no available space.
We are highly seeking Antique, Vintage, and Craft vendors. These vendors are in high demand by our customers.
The Rusty Roots Show accepts applications for vintage items along with handmade and embellished products. PLEASE NOTE: If you are not a vintage vendor, you are requested to display your items with vintage or antique props to help maintain the theme of the event.
You are responsible for merchandising, set up, and take down of your own booth and display. You are encouraged to transform your booth to resemble a boutique store. Your display should showcase your brand's character and attract shoppers to explore what you have to offer. Our shoppers are attracted to fun, unique, and imaginative displays. Your success is directly correlated with the energy and creativity you put into your display.
We require a back wall for your booth. Please get creative with your backdrop. You can use plants, old doors, fabric, wood, or another material of your choice. Pop-up tent frames are allowed and must be decorated but the canvas is not allowed as a top for indoor booth spaces as it violates Fire Marshall rules. Your backdrop does not have to be all three sides of your booth, just directly behind you. Please ask for advice if you are unsure of these rules.
ALL VENDOR APPLICATIONS AND INVOICES ARE DUE ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
ALL UNPIAD INVOICES OR LATE SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS AFTER THE DUE DATE WILL INCURE A $50.00 LATE FEE. .
